My room was both pleasantly furnished and beautifully designed with bath as well as kitchenette.

it was in the very central location reasonably close to the centre of town. moreover, it's just next door to restaurants and pubs and all that the township of raglan has to offer.

Their staff were dirty.

Clean place to stay with amazing and cheerful staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location short walk to local pub and shops with cafes and other restaurants, shops and other attractions and eating options and drinking options😃❤

It has magnificent and unbeatable position to everything you need in town.

Airy unit with large bathroom. Had clean a safe box and a kettle. Pleasant and welcoming hotel employees all round.

Reasonably priced place, had an amazing stay in a fabulous town. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the room was decent size with large bed, everything was amazing!

Booked a room with magnificent views to town. The bed was comfy, and it was convenient to have a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Raglan township and all it has to offer. The rooms are a lot more updated than the photos suggest, with a recent refurbishment that has made them spacious and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on and take in the views. Plus, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We found the basic amenities to be sufficient, and the rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

All in all, everything was fantastic and met our expectations.

Being a light sleeper, I would have preferred an upstairs room and away from the spa area as the pump seemed to go most of the night. Ear plugs would have sorted this had I thought about it. :)

This hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location right in the town centre was convenient, allowing for easy access to shops and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms were clean and tidy, with quality linen and the possibility to sit outside. Although there was not enough heating, the overall experience was pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying.

All aspects of the stay were satisfactory.

My Mum and I found the motel very warm and relaxing. It was a good location so we were able to walk to the shops and to the water. We felt welcomed by the staff from when we arrived. Thank you!

My only comment would be this review form....Question 1: During your stay at the hotel, were you travelling as...? My Mum and I were taking a holiday together so the only option I had to tick was 'group' but we weren't a group.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect except a washer/dryer in the unit would have been nice and a few hooks for jackets in the downstairs would have been more convenient. It was very very clean and well organized and we recommend it highly!
